Please avoid this company!! I ordered from here due to the low prices & the few good reviews I’d seen on trustpilot! However I wish I’d of listened to the bad reviews. Money was taken straight away and I had an email the next day to say it had been dispatched, the ‘tracking’ was with Royal Mail with 24hrs delivery. A week later and it still says Royal Mail are yet to receive the parcel. I’ve tried ringing the company and no one will speak to me. Luckily I paid through Klarna and only made 1/3 payments. However it could take me weeks to try get my money back & Klarna said they would help me with that. I wish I’d of looked into this company properly beforehand as I never would have ordered. Many reviews are the same as mine & other people have said that their order has turned up but they’re fake perfumes. They say you’re order is on its way and send you a tracking number, but never dispatch your order. I’m gutted as it was a birthday gift and I’m now £50 down. Klarna are also going to investigate them as they don’t want a company like that representing them.

Very poor. Delivery was supposed to be tomorrow but not even delivered to Royal Mail yet. I’m out of pocket but their customer service says they won’t refund as it’s been sent out - except it hasn’t as Royal Mail hasn’t received yet.

I was taken in by the excellent reviews so placed an order, the perfume hasn't arrived and the Royal Mail tracking website says that the item is "on its way to the Royal Mail" so it hasn't even been received yet! Reached out to the company but got no satisfactory response. I'm now left out of pocket. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Absolutely disgusting service would strongly recommend no one uses this site or service. Spent over £120 service is shocking. I called to asked where my parcel was, and they said it was with Royal Mail which is a lie as I had called them and they said they are awaiting dispatch. ! This was 11 days ago. Customer service was absolutely vile. Ended up putting the phone down

I ordered from this site. I can’t complain about the delivery it was roughly just over a week. I did think some of the prices was too good to be true. I ordered la belle… do I think it’s real? Probably not, or maybe just old stock. It certainly doesn’t smell or last as long as my other la belle. I think they are very good fakes personally.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS!! They are fake. This company is a scam and their service is absolutely disgusting. I ordered a very expensive aftershave from them at the beginning of the month as birthday present. They said it would take 3 to 5 working days for delivery. It’s still isn’t here!! I reached out to them last week and asked for an update and they told me it would be with me today latest. Guess what it isn’t here!! You can’t even track orders on the Royal Mail website who they say their courier is. The reason for this was “ Currently your parcel is being checked on the customs department which might take a few days. During this time the parcel cannot be tracked.” I call BULLLSHITT!! We all know the Royal Mail is a legitimate website and you can track any order on there. Honestly DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! It’s a massive scam and you won’t get your order nor your money back.

Parfum nightmare more like, unfortunately I hadn't read reviews before I ordered, placed order today, and now when I go to check, eventhough payment has been taken, product unavailable I will be taking this further Bbc sounds good

The worst company ever to shop from. I ordered an item and they sent wrong one with multiple defects after waiting almost 2wks for order. When I complained to send a returns label like Royalmail QR the id*ot guy keeps putting the phone down on me and being rude.
Disguised as a UK website but u have to print and fill a 2page long form just to return. Wish I could give 0 stars!!!

Avoid like the plague and all the good reviews are fake. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves for treating paying customers in despicable way

I bought from this store and customer service delivery and refund was all great very quick in responding emails …. Cheaper price than most shops I went to in Düsseldorf

Parfum Dreams has a very good selection of beauty care products and fragrances. It is one of the few places where I can find my favourite scent from Biotherm and their service (ordering, delivery, customer service) is excellent. I also like the free samples that are always included!

Just received my perfume - YSL Mon Paris - on the day forecast. Am delighted with the price - and free delivery. We got off to a shaky start as the first order went astray but @parfumdreams.co.uk quickly sorted it out. Very happy with my purchase.

Good price for the perfume I have purchased, however waiting over a week for delivery is not really acceptable.

Parcel was incorrectly addressed and was returned to sender. So I never received the goods and over a month later am still waiting for a refund. They have acknowledged that it has been returned to them but state that it’s currently stuck in their warehouse in the UK and needs to get back to wherever they are based abroad. I have raised a chargeback request through my bank as I doubt I’ll ever see my refund from them. Shocking company.

Never reply to your messages or calls.
Have not got my order for over 3 weeks now and updates still!! Would never buy again and not recommended at all. Its better to pay slightly more and get peace of mind.
